Wool covers

covers-showcase1.jpg

Designer bums merino wool covers are designed to fit over our gorgeous hemp fitted’s however they are a generous cut and can be used over most other brands.

Why use merino wool?

* Merino wool is a superb fabric for nappies. It insulates, absorbs moisture, breathes and is soft and non-irritating, it also allows small molecule size droplets of moisture to evaporate creating a perfect climate for your baby’s bottom.

* merino wool is naturally anti-bacterial, it does not harbour odour so does not need to be washed as regularly as other garments

* 100% natural fibre.

*Merino wool is a natural fibre that is produced in a sustainable and ethical manner. It is a natural biodegradable fibre that is both renewable and recyclable

We recommend hand washing our covers but they can be machine washed on a warm wool cycle (approx 30 degrees)

All wool covers are lanolized with SUDZ N DUDZ lanolin spray prior to postage so they arrive ready to wear.
